NVIDIA reserves the right to reject any entry or Participant.
NVIDIA will pick 1 lucky winner for the NVIDIA TITAN Xp. The winner must contact the admin team within three (3) calendar days from October 24, 2017 by sending a private message to verify the Facebook username and contact information of the winner. NVIDIA has the right to disqualify the winners at NVIDIA’s sole discretion.
The winner will be contacted to collect the prize at the NVIDIA Singapore office after the winner is selected and conditioned upon adequate contact information is provided to NVIDIA. Alternatively, the prize may be sent via mail only if the winner is not located in Singapore. In this case, the prize will be sent to the winner through physical delivery within sixty (60) days after the winner is selected and conditioned upon adequate contact information is provided to NVIDIA. We do not accept PO boxes as contact address.
There is no cash alternative to the stated prize, and the prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and non-refundable.
Prize winner will be solely responsible for any taxes arising from the acceptance of the prize, if any.
NVIDIA employees, brand partners, retail partners, Inception partners and agents are not eligible to participate in this activity.

GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR ‘Share Your Favorite Showcase Contest @NVAIConference17’
1. Prizes and instructions on how to claim them form part of the Terms and Conditions set forth herein (“Terms and Conditions”). By participating in this Share Your Favourite Showcase Contest @NVAIConference17 (“Promotion”), you (“You” or “Participant”) agree to these Terms and Conditions. Offer not valid in conjunction with any other offer. NVIDIA (“NVIDIA” or “the Promoter”) may at any time, at its sole discretion, revise the Rules, Terms and Conditions and other rules set forth by NVIDIA, including but not limited to the rules regarding selection of winners of the Promotion. Participants shall be bound by any and all such revisions.
2. Entry is only open to all visitors who attended the NVIDIA AI Conference 2017 happening in Singapore from October 23 – 24, 2017. Participants who have reached 13 years old but have not reached the age of majority in the Participants’ currently residing country must have parental/guardian approval and such approval is valid only after the parent/guardian has read and consented to these Terms and Conditions. Parents/guardians may be required by the Promoter to enter into a further agreement as evidence of consent to the minor participating in this promotion. If the Prize is won by a person under the age of majority, the Prize will be awarded to the winner’s parent or guardian. Children under 13 years old are further subject to NVIDIA’s Kids Privacy Policy and are not eligible to participant in the Promotion.

3. Employees of NVIDIA and its parent companies, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising representatives and agencies, who are involved in the Promotion, and the immediate families of any of the foregoing persons, are NOT ELIGIBLE for this Promotion. Immediate family means any of the following: spouse, ex-spouse, de-facto spouse, child or step-child (whether natural or by adoption), parent, step-parent, grandparent, step-grandparent, uncle, aunt, niece, nephew, brother, sister, step-brother, step-sister or 1st cousin.
4. Incomplete & duplicate entries will be disqualified. The Promoter will not be responsible for entries that are not received by the Promoter by the stipulated time, or that are not viewable or readable due to corruption, virus or other technical reasons. No responsibility is accepted for late, lost or misdirected entries.
5. The Promoter is not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate information caused by the internet user or for any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in this Promotion or for any technical error or any combination thereof that may occur in the course of the administration of this Promotion, including any omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission communications line or telephone, mobile or satellite network failure, technical problems or traffic congestion on the internet or Promoter’s Website.
6. The Promoter reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at its sole discretion and without notice to Participants. Promoter’s rule interpretations and all judging decisions are final. Promoter has sole discretion in selection and rejection of weekly winners and Grand prize winner of the Promotion. By entering this Contest, the Participant agrees to be bound by the decisions made by NVIDIA and the Judges.
7. To the extent permitted by law, the Promoter, its officers, employees, contractors, representatives and agents shall not be liable for any claims, losses (including loss of opportunity), damages, injuries, costs and expenses suffered sustained or incurred (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss, or arising as a result of any negligent act or omission) as a result of, or arising out of, or in any way connected with:
- this Promotion;
- any technical difficulties or equipment malfunction (whether or not under the Promoter’s control);
- any theft, unauthorized access or third party interference;
- any entry that is late, lost, altered, damaged or misdirected (whether or not after their receipt by the Promoter);
- any manufacture defects, model incompatibility or restrictions imposed by the manufacturer;
- any Prize that is late, lost, damaged or misdirected in transit; and/or
- the use or attempted use of the Prize.
8. If the Prize consists of tickets for entertainment (such as concerts, festivals or similar types of events) and/or holidays/flights, there can be no claim on any form of compensation in case of cancellation. If the Prize includes travel/accommodation abroad for which a passport is required, the Participant must be in possession of a valid passport or local ID card to receive the Prize or the Prize is automatically forfeited.
9. Any tax liability arising as a result of accepting any Prize is the responsibility of the Prize winner.
10. Prize winner’s personal information (“Personal Information”) will be collected to enable the Promoter to administer and promote this Promotion and its winners. Prize winner’s Personal Information may be provided to others assisting, including Prize suppliers and delivery services, and to authorities that regulate this Promotion (if applicable).
11. By entering into this Promotion, you are deemed to have provided your express consent and permission for the Promoter to collect, use and retention, free of charge, any received personal data to communicate with Participant, for promotional and advertising purposes to promote the Promoter, its products and services, in any media and in any manner whatsoever, without limitation or restriction to the extent permitted by applicable laws. Furthermore, Participant hereby irrevocably and unconditionally grants to NVIDIA, on a royalty-free and non-exclusive basis, a perpetual, irrevocable, freely transferable freely assignable, freely sublicensable, worldwide license to run, use, copy, reproduce, publish, distribute, perform, display, exhibit, demonstrate, edit, modify, adapt, and create derivative works from, each of Participant’s entries in this promotion, whether for purposes related to this promotion or otherwise, and whether via the Internet, electronic, digital, broadcast, theatrical, print, or any other communications media now known or hereafter developed, and in each case free of any and all restrictions and limitations whatsoever (except as imposed by law).
12. The Participant must provide accurate, current and complete information when participating in the Promotion. The Promoter may request a winner, before presenting the Prize, to provide his/her identity and residence information previously provided by the Participant. If a Participant does not truthfully provide all requested Personal Information, the Promoter may determine that they are not eligible to win the Prize.
13. Participant acknowledges that the Promoter can rely on these Terms and Conditions and disqualify a Participant if the Promoter believes the Participant is not acting in conformity with the Terms and Conditions. Promoter may require the Participant to return a Prize or pay its equivalent value if Promoter learns of a Participant’s ineligibility or disqualification after awarding the Prize to such ineligible or disqualified Participant.
14. If for any reason the conduct or operation of this Promotion is interfered with or disrupted in any way (including but not limited to, vandalism, power failures, natural disasters, acts of God, civil unrest, strikes, computer bugs or viruses, fraud, tampering, technical failures or any other causes beyond the control of the Promoter), the Promoter reserves the right to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend or recommence the Promotion in whole or in part.15. The Promoter assumes no responsibility for any incorrect or incomplete information which may be communicated in the course of administering this Promotion.
16. The Promoter reserves the right to terminate this Promotion if fraud, technical failures or any other factor beyond Promoter's reasonable control impairs the integrity of the Promotion as determined by the Promoter in its sole discretion. Online entries made with multiple e-mail addresses, under multiple identities or through the use of any other device or artifice to enter multiple times will be deemed invalid. If the winner is an online entrant, the winning online entry will be deemed to have been submitted by the authorized account holder of the e-mail address from which the entry was made. The authorized email account holder is deemed as the natural person who is assigned to an e-mail address by an internet access provider, service provider or other organization that is responsible for assigning e-mail addresses or the domain associated with the submitted e-mail address. The Promoter shall not be responsible for incorrect or inaccurate transcription of entry information, technical malfunctions, lost/delayed data transmission, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, line failures of any telephone network, computer equipment, software, inability to access any online service or web site, inability to submit the online entry form, or any other error or malfunction, or any injury or damage to entrant's or any other person's computer related to or resulting from participation or downloading any materials in this promotion, or for late, lost, stolen, postage due, illegible or misdirected entries. If this Promotion or any web site associated therewith (or any portion thereof) becomes corrupted or otherwise does not permit entry in the Promotion, or if infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, actions by entrants, fraud, technical failures, or any other causes, in the Promoters' sole opinion, corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity, or proper operation of this contest, the Promoter reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual implicated in such action, and/or to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend this promotion or any portion thereof. Any attempt by Participant or any other individual to deliberately damage any online service or web site or undermine the legitimate operation of this promotion is a violation of criminal and civil laws and should such an attempt be made, the Promoter reserves the right to seek damages and/or other remedies from any such person to the fullest extent permitted by law. In addition, Sponsor reserves the right to take down and remove any entry that becomes subject to a third-party claim for copyright infringement or for violation of any other right.
17. If one or more conditions of the Terms and Conditions are void or invalid, it will not affect the validity of the remaining conditions of the Terms and Conditions.
18. The Official Rules and Terms and Conditions are governed by and shall be construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, U.S.A., without giving effect to its conflicts of law rules. Each Participants hereby submits himself or herself to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts sitting in Santa Clara, California, U.S.A.
