Bradford Folkens is the CEO and Co-Founder of CloudSight, Inc., a technology company that specializes in image captioning and understanding. Folkens earned his Bachelor of Science in Theoretical Computer Science and Mathematics from Northern Illinois University in 2002. Folkens has owned and operated his own company, City Tech, since 2003. City Tech has notably created the web-based collaborative government website PublicSalary.com.
