Himi Khan

Head of Business Development & Partnerships, Clinc

Himi Khan is the Head of Business Development and Partnerships at Clinc and drives the company's partnership and new markets initiatives. Prior to Clinc, Himi had executive leadership roles in mobile product management at FIS Global and mFoundry. Himi was also a technology investment banker at UBS and an equity research analyst at JP Morgan. He holds an MBA with Distinction from the University of Michigan, a BA from the University of Pennsylvania and is a CFA charterholder.

Brandon Kam

VP of Machine Learning, Upstart

Brandon is a VP of Machine Learning at Upstart, a leading AI lending platform whose goal is to provide effortless access to credit based on each borrower's true risk. Brandon's team develops machine learning models across borrower acquisition, underwriting, verification, compliance, and servicing. Before joining Upstart, Brandon worked as an algorithmic trader at Jump Trading. Prior to that, he did signal processing research at MIT Lincoln Laboratory. Brandon graduated from MIT with a B.S. in Electrical Engineering and a M. Eng. in EECS.

Ido Lustig


Chief Risk Officer, BlueVine

Ido has deep expertise in leading advanced risk analytics teams and is currently responsible for credit, fraud, and regulatory risk management as well as back-office operations at BlueVine. Ido oversees teams across the US and in Israel, including data scientists, data engineers, analysts and underwriters. With a strong hands-on background, Ido has managed the Analytical Components organization at PayPal and was in charge of multiple cross-organizational projects. He received his Bachelor of Law degree from Tel Aviv University.

Kathryn Van Nuys 


Global Startup Business Development Lead, AWS

Kathryn Van Nuys leads FinTech for the Global Startup Business Development team at Amazon Web Services (AWS) where she is responsible for the development and execution of strategic initiatives in FinTech. She partners with leading venture capital investors and works alongside their portfolio companies to support startups of all stages building on AWS. Prior to AWS, she was the head of capital markets for Credibly, a small business funding platform, and before that at Pave, a marketplace consumer lender. Kathryn started her career at Citigroup in debt capital markets andalso worked at Lehman Brothers and Guggenheim Partners. While she has spent most of her time in New York, Kathryn lived in London for a few years when she led business development for EMEA and APAC at Roubini Global Economics. Kathryn holds a B.A. in Economics from Columbia University.
